By accessing and using SafeProxy ("the Service"), you agree to accept and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Service.

2. Service Usage

SafeProxy provides residential proxy services for legitimate business and personal use, including but not limited to market research, ad verification, and SEO monitoring. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities.

  • You must not use the Service for carding, spamming, DDOS attacks, or any malicious activity.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of these usage policies without refund.

3. Payments and Refunds

All services are billed on a prepaid basis. Traffic packages do not expire. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally only available if the Service is non-functional as described.

4. Limitation of Liability

SafeProxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
